My Story
I am passionate about people—their growth, success, and potential drive everything I do. My approach is direct, honest, and practical, ensuring that every interaction is focused on meaningful progress.

With over 20 years in the education sector, including a decade in senior leadership, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals and organisations to excel. Along the way, I earned a Master’s in Leadership and Management and, most recently, an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching. This expertise led me to establish a coaching and consultancy practice designed to provide clarity, confidence, and strategic action.​
I focus on developing soft skills, particularly in communication and accountability.
